The above prices apply for groups of 2 or more. For individual lessons, the price increases by € 50.00 per day. For the provision of a training partner. 1 passport photo and a copy of the passport are required for participation. The 50,00 € fee is for the exam and the certificate. You will receive the certificate from us and will be issued after passing the exam. The course fee must be paid before the course begins. Registration is binding. A right to participate in the course only exists after the course fee has been paid in full. Cancellation of participation is possible without giving reasons up to 10 days before the start of the course. In the event of a later cancellation, a cancellation fee of € 150.00 will be charged. In the event of unexcused absence, the full course fee will be charged. If a course is canceled due to force majeure or illness of the teaching staff, there is no right of appeal. In this case, the course fee will be refunded. The acquired knowledge does not include a teaching license. The passing on of knowledge in own courses is prohibited. Participation in the courses is at the participant's own liability and responsibility.
General Terms and Conditions "Training Courses" (AGB)
§ 1 Registration
Registrations must be made in writing with a signature by post or at the store.

§ 2 Fees
The course fees must be paid in full before the course begins. Otherwise no guarantee of participation can be given. Payment in installments is not possible.
§ 3 Cancellation / Rebooking
The following rules must be observed:
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the course is free of charge
• 10 days to 1 day before the start of the course 150.00 € cancellation fee
Once the course has started, it is no longer possible to cancel or rebook. If you do not show up for the course, the full course fee is due. This regulation applies irrespective of the reason for cancellation and also on presentation of a medical certificate.
§ 4 Liability
Participation in the courses is at your own risk. Liability for personal injury and damage to property is excluded.
§ 5 Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to the dates, schedule and instructors. In the event of cancellation without replacement due to illness or force majeure, we will refund the course fees. Participants will be informed in good time.
§ 6 Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing and will be accepted and processed up to 14 days after the course has ended.
§ 7 General
If individual parts of the Terms and Conditions are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts. In this case, the parties shall recognize those valid provisions that come closest in content to the regulatory intention of the invalid component.
§ 8 Final provision
Verbal collateral agreements shall be deemed not to have been made. Amendments to this contract must be made in writing.
